Our newest PBS KIDS series, Splash and Bubbles, is part of a new workforce development and mentorship program here at The Jim Henson Company. The Company's Open Door Diversity Initiative, made possible through a grant from the Corporate for Public Broadcasting, is working to increase diversity throughout the production process, providing an avenue for under-represented groups to gain entry and experience in the field of entertainment production.
